About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, independently licensed therapist to join our team. This role is a strong fit for a clinician who is passionate about supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and other significant life transitions, and who brings a trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach to their work.
Clinical Focus Areas
- Pregnancy, postpartum, and maternal mental health - Perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs) - Women’s mental health and emotional wellness - Trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns - Identity, self-esteem, and major life transitions - Culturally responsive care for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities
Qualifications
- Independent licensure in Connecticut as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent - Clinical experience working with women, particularly during pregnancy, postpartum, or other major life transitions - Training in perinatal mental health, or a willingness to pursue specialized training - Demonstrated commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and LGBTQ+ affirming care - Ability to manage a caseload independently in a virtual practice setting
